Who I Am

I’m Alma, a security awareness specialist with a background in international security and a strong focus on human behavior, communication, and practical digital safety.

My work centers on helping organisations build a security culture that people understand, trust, and can actively participate in. I specialise in translating complex cybersecurity topics into clear, relatable training that empowers people, reduces fear, and creates lasting everyday habits.

I bring together a strong foundation in security studies with 7+ years of experience in awareness and human-centric risk reduction and over 10 years of training experience. My approach is calm, empathetic, and judgment-free: I make cybersecurity feel approachable and doable, even for teams with little technical knowledge.

I work with small and mid-sized organisations, schools, NGOs, and community-focused institutions that want meaningful cultural change, not tick-box training or one-off workshops.
